Why we do this

Falling behind on a mortgage is one of the most stressful things a family can go through — and most people facing it have no idea what their options actually are. Too often the only voices they hear are debt collectors, or worse, scammers promising to "save" the home for a fee.

We started WA Foreclosure Advisors to be the opposite of that: a local team that picks up the phone, explains the Washington foreclosure process honestly, and lays out every realistic path — including the ones where we make nothing. If keeping your home is possible, we'll point you to the right program and a free HUD counselor. If selling makes more sense, we can list it, negotiate a short sale, or buy it directly for cash.
